Staff Attendance Overview

This document provides a detailed overview of staff attendance, including team composition, leave status, and individual work details. It is designed to help track attendance, working hours, and overall team availability.

Team Attendance Summary

  • Total Team Members: 0 // Depends on Staff Number

  • On Leave: 0 // Staff is Check out

  • Present: 0 // staff is check in

This section allows for the detailed tracking of attendance for each staff member. Use the "Search by name" functionality to locate specific staff records efficiently.

Fields Description:

  • Name: Full name of the staff member.

  • Email: Official email address of the staff member.

  • Check-in Time: The time the staff member check in or arrived at work.

  • Check-out Time: The time the staff member check out or left work.

  • Working Hours: Total hours worked by the staff member for the day as the setup of Lead Distribution

  • Status: Current attendance status, such as Present, On Leave, or Absent.

Instructions for Use

  1. Search Staff: Use the search bar labeled "Search by name" to quickly locate individual attendance records.

  2. Monitor Leave Status: Review the "On Leave" count to understand team availability at check out status.

  3. Analyze Working Hours: Use the "Working Hours" column to analyze productivity and compliance with work schedules as per the setting of lead Distribution, check-in, chek-out.

  4. Status: Such as Pending mean Check but not check out, and Complete mean check in with check out also.
