# Actions

#### **View and Manage Your Follow-Ups and Overdue Tasks**

This is a general description of what the interface helps you do:

* **Follow-Ups**: Tasks or actions that require you to follow up with someone (e.g., a client, team member, or stakeholder).
* **Overdue Tasks**: Tasks that were not completed by their assigned deadlines.

#### **Date Filter**

A tool to filter tasks, follow-ups, or records based on specific date ranges (e.g., today, this week, this month, etc.).

#### **Switch User**

This might allow an admin or manager to switch between user accounts or profiles to view their tasks, progress, or opportunities.

#### **Branches**

This could refer to different locations, teams, or subdivisions within your organization. For instance, if your company has multiple physical locations or departments, you may be able to filter or view data by branch.

***

#### Key Metrics

1. **Follow-Ups (0)**: This means you currently have no tasks requiring immediate follow-up.
2. **Overdue Tasks (0)**: There are tasks that have passed their due date and still need to be completed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ledsak.gitbook.io/docs-for-ledsak/actions.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
