# Login History

#### This feature allows you to set up alerts for staff and admin login.

A **login history with devices** refers to a record of authentication events across various devices, providing information about when and where each device was used to access an account. It typically includes three key elements:

1. **Device**: The name or type of the device used for login (e.g., "iPhone 13", "Windows PC", "MacBook Pro"). This might also include browser or app information.
2. **Location**: The approximate geographic location where the login occurred. This is usually determined by the device's IP address and mapped to a city, region, or country.
3. **Last Login Time**: The exact or approximate timestamp of when the last login occurred from that device. This could be displayed in local or UTC time depending on the settings.

#### Example Table Format:

| **Device** | **Location** | **Last Login Time** |
| -------------- | --------------- | -------------------------- |
| iPhone 13 | New York, USA | January 16, 2025, 10:00 AM |
| Windows Laptop | London, UK | January 15, 2025, 5:30 PM |
| MacBook Pro | Toronto, Canada | January 12, 2025, 8:45 AM |

#### Purpose of Login History:

* **Security Monitoring**: Helps identify unauthorized access or suspicious activity (e.g., logins from unknown locations or devices).
* **Account Management**: Allows users to review and verify the devices that have accessed their account.
* **Device Management**: Enables users to remotely sign out of devices they no longer use.
