Task Activity Event Card: Overview and Functionality

1. Creating a Task Using the Event Card

  • Open the Task Activity Event Card and fill in the required details, such as:

    • Task title or description

    • Assigned staff members

    • Priority level

    • Deadlines or milestones

  • Save the task, and it will automatically appear in the Task Section Tab for further management and review.

2. Viewing Tasks in the Task Section Tab

  • Once a task is created, it is visible in the Task Section Tab, organized by categories such as priority, status, or deadlines.

  • You can filter and sort tasks based on your preferences, ensuring quick access to the information you need.

3. Tracking Staff Actions

  • The system records all actions taken by your staff related to the task. These actions include:

    • Task updates (status changes, comments, or edits)

    • Task completion or progress milestones

    • Deadlines met or exceeded

  • This feature provides a clear audit trail, allowing you to monitor accountability and ensure that tasks are completed on time.

4. Key Benefits

  • Improved Transparency: Gain real-time visibility into what your staff is working on and their progress.
