# All Lead

## All Leads: 

#### Overview of all leads and their details:

1. Lead Capture: We collect leads from various online and offline sources.
2. Detailed Information: Each lead includes complete context, history, and prospect details.
3. Routing: Leads are automatically assigned to reps based on criteria like location and product interest.
4. Prioritization: Our system helps identify the most promising leads to contact first.
5. Multi-Channel Engagement: We reach out to leads via email, chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone.
6. Tracking: All interactions, including emails, messages, and calls, are monitored and linked to lead profiles.

#### Create Lead Manually:  Here's a general guide on how to manually create a lead

* Click on "Create" and fill in all the required fields.
* After filling in the fields, click on "Generate" to create a manual lead.

#### Import Lead From the **.xls, .xlsx, .csv**.

* Extracting keywords from the Excel file.
* Mapping these keywords to corresponding field or data.
* Automating this process if needed.
