Lead Distribution

In LEDSAK, lead distribution is an automated process that efficiently assigns leads to your sales team.

We offer two main methods:

  1. Automated Lead Distribution: Leads are automatically assigned to field agents based on designated Branches, Roles and Staff. This ensures prompt follow-ups through instant notifications and task assignments.

  2. Efficient Lead Capture and Routing: For in-house call centers, leads are instantly routed to agents using a fair round-robin system. This distribution considers factors like location, product interest, lead source, language preference, agent performance, and availability.

  3. Distribute the leads following the Round Robin process.

Both methods streamline your sales process, optimizing efficiency and responsiveness. They ensure every lead is handled promptly, maximizing conversion opportunities and enhancing your team's productivity.

Note: Some Mandatory Field are to fill inside the Lead Distribution setup.
